We don’t own the planet, we are just borrowing it from future generations. The Urban Generation Project was a multi level program designed to give the next generation of city dwellers a voice and also the tools to create the cities they want to see in the future.
The film below is a short summary of interviews conducted in South Africa, India and Turkey. We designed a special kit that allowed teachers anywhere in the world to develop ideas about urban development with children in their classes.
The project became also a showcase for city developers and policy makers, helping them to shape cities into environments more attractive to generations after us, and thus literally more sustainable.
