Here is that secret place where some of the greatest furniture is available at incredible prices. Such an incredibly friendly place. Amazing. Also just great for inspirational design browsing.
Makers of some amazing furniture, fighters for style, quality and good manners. (They make some amazing stuff. Really.) Here is a nice little movie explaining a bit of the Herman Miller's connection to some amazing designs of the 20th century..
They are obviously the makers of the famous Eames Lounge Chair (1954) and that Goetz Sofa (1999)... Oh, yes.
Yes, these are the best glasses in the world and yes they do make an incredible difference. Riedel glasses are true masterpieces created not only for the wine expert but for anyone who would like to discover what potential might be hidden in the wine they are about to enjoy. I use my Riedel glasses as often as I possibly can. They are truly amazing. The glass is so thin and so soft, the walls are made to hold the wine so it can have a larger breathing surface, the shape of each glass type is optimized for specific variations of wine.
There is great wine and then there is great wine out of the right Riedel glass. I am really not writing this because the makers and I happen to have the same name. There are certain products one should have used in their lifetime. Riedel glasses are such a product.

Bang & Olufsen source of very well designed entertainment systems. For decades now. Nice. And nice again.
Wearable computing is what will happen, one way or another. So it is exciting to see that there are people who deal with wearable computer technology on a serious scale. I just wish these machines could run Mac Os X. But that’s just a very Mac-nerdy wish of mine. So please ignore.
It would have been very strange to post the Ogilvy & Mather URL here while I was working on projects for this great agency. It somehow felt as if David Ogilvy could come out of his grave and tell me not to let my nose turn brown. Well, but his philosophy is so saturated with truth and good humor that I am not going to hold back anymore. If he comes out to go after me, then we shall have a nice chat. Until then, go to the URL, click on the David Ogilvy Remembered link and read some of the Ogilvisms. He was obviously a heck of an advertising guy.
A wonderful little company doing some really interesting projects. Check out the Brunswick Project if you are there during November 2002. Hyperkit is run by a boy and a girl. And as always when I come across these constellations I am curious how these people manage to do. BF and GF? Or just good friends. In any case, here's a lovely and lively little hyperkit.
