Small drawings from 1999

The drawings here are small collected pieces of perception. They are the translation of real and imagined
experiences, drawn while standing, sitting, walking.

Drawing is an intellectual process. These are small flashes of consciousness,
re-inventions of the so called reality, translations into pure linear notes.

Many drawings were created in Washington DC, but most in New York City, as part of a regular daily life.
Some are observations of non spectacular events and are very private.
Some are connected to personal memories, some are completely independent by now.
All are on paper in black and blue ink. All were drawn in early 1999.
